INTRODUCTION:
In today's competitive business environment, customer loyalty is often overlooked. We at Pine Lodge Resort would like to say "thank you" to you, our loyal guest for your ongoing support. The Rewards Club is our way of saying that we appreciate this support. By signing up, you ensure that each time you visit us, you'll be earning points that can be redeemed for a variety of rewards ranging from accommodation to breakfast and any other additional benefits that we can secure.
HOW IT WORKS:
Upon signing up you will receive a membership card. On your next visit to our Resort, present your card to Reception or The Island Restaurant. Every Rand that you spend in our Resort will be recorded and you will be allocated 1 point for every R5-00 spent (2005 rates). These points will be totalled and a statement e-mailed to you every quarter.
For example:
2 Nights accommodation @ R385 per night = R770
2 Full English Breakfasts @ R54 = R108
1 Dinner at the Island Restaurant = R120
TOTAL SPENT: R998 = 200 points
Once sufficient points are accumulated, you may redeem them against a variety of rewards (see table below) on your next visit to our Resort.
